Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons there is a strict "no refund" policy on used and opened product. No exceptions will be made. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. This is an industry standard and other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

ALL Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE! If you have to reschedule your appointment willNeed to be within 14 days or you’ve forfeited your deposit. NO exceptions!

6789 Beauty Bar does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon coordinator within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated. Salon Method will gladly make any adjustments at no cost to you within 7 days of the original service.

As a courtesy to our guests and team members, we ask that any cancellations and rescheduling be given 48 hours notice of your already scheduled appointment. Any cancellation made after the 48 hour required cancellation period will be subject to a 50% charge of your service fee. Missed appointments with no courtesy call are subject to a charge in the full amount of the service. The salon offers an email and text reminder for your scheduled appointments.
Any 3rd party payments will NOT be confirmed unless a copy of the photo ID to matching the payment has been sent to info@6799beautybar.com.
